Share a Recipe

Sometimes a recipe means more than just great taste. Perhaps it's a secret family recipe or it's your take on a dish you enjoyed at an Asian restaurant. Whatever the case may be, Asian Gourmet would love to feature your story and recipe. Readers whose recipes are chosen for publication receive a complimentary food coupon!

To share a recipe, you will need to include the following information with your submission:
Info about yourself:
First name
Last name
Mailing address
Telephone
Email
Occupation (optional)
Age (optional)
Your recipe:
Name of the dish
Number of servings
Recipe category (appetizer, main course, dessert, beverage, or other)
The story of how this Asian-inspired recipe is significant to you
One or more photos of the dish and/or yourself
How to write your recipe:
1.
List out every ingredient and include in detail the appropriate amount or measurement for each.
2.
Note any special equipment needed for your recipe (e.g. blender, rice cooker, etc).
3.
List out the steps in numerical order.  
4.
If one of the steps in the recipe is particularly important, please point it out.
